Investment synergy platform

The Digital Europe Programme will provide strategic funding to support projects in five key capacity areas: 
supercomputing, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, advanced digital skills, and ensuring a wide use of
digital technologies across the economy and society, including through Digital Innovation Hubs. 

Cluster 4 of Horizon Europe aims to enhance European capacity in key technologies, spanning the digital, 
industrial, and aerospace domains. The goal is to strengthen R&D to build 
a competitive, green, digital, and circular European industry

France 2030 is a national investment plan to boost innovation in France.

The IPCEI ME/CT concerns research and development projects covering microelectronics and communication 
technologies across the whole value chain. 

Povides funding to support education, training and youth (e.g. the European Chips Skills acadamy is funded by
this programme). Erasmus + digital supports the development of digital skills. 

Eureka RD&I Cluster on software innovation and digital transition, enabling a large international 
community to collaborate in funded projects that turn innovative ideas into new businesses, jobs, economic growth 
and benefits for society. It is industry-driven and covers a wide range of business opportunities facilitated by
digitisation like smart mobility,healthcare, smart cities and energy, manufacturing, engineering and safety & security.
